Account Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Generate, develop, and close new business in a specific geographic or vertical market within Cumulus9s Mid-Market Telesales organization
- Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
- Maximize all opportunities to increase deal size
- Develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships in line with Cumulus9's core value
- Penetrate new markets calling on senior-level executives
- Forecast accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with client base
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of Cumulus9 EMP™
Job Requirements
- A minimum of three year application software sales experience or three year software sales experience, either telesales or field
- Proven success selling SBM and Enterprise software sales and services
- Responsibility for a minimum annual license quota of $300K
- Internet Solution Selling or E-Commerce Experience a plus
- Proven success in penetrating new markets and developing new business
- Experience calling on senior-level executives
- Track record of consistent over achieved quota
- Technically adept
- Self motivated, self starter
System Support

Job Responsibility:
- Base on the spec to write the code quickly
- Maintain the existing code
- Program problem solving
- Perform some documentation
- Develop a thorough understanding of Cumulus9 EMP™ data model.
- Work with various Engineering teams to support configuration of their components as well as to define upgrade paths
- Act as a customer support resource to help achieve 100% customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of recent ASP and .Net programming experience.
- 1+ year MS SQL server environment and familiar with SQL command
- Experience in CGI program debugging
- Experience in JavaScript coding
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems
